Jeewoo was hired by the CHARM Lab to continue research and prototyping of various pneumatic actuators for soft robotics applications.
As a research responsible for rapid prototyping, Jeewoo had to quickly learn new manufacturing techniques, create novel control systems for pneumatic pressure regulation, and innovate different pneumatic actuator designs based off of existing literature.
In 2024, Jeewoo created an Arduino controlled active feedback pressure regulator for his use on various cPAM, fPAM, and sPAM pneumatic actuator prototype designs.
